Also packed with such unnatural risky styles which was really cost lot of guts.

Saya rasa Presque rien yang kalau diartikan ke bahasa Inggris kurang lebih menjadi “Almost Nothing,” atau dirilis secara internasional dengan terjemahan lepas “Come Undone,” adalah judul yang sangat tepat untuk film ini – saya tidak bisa memikirkan judul lain yang lebih pas. Dari posternya (apalagi poster yang di sini) saja sudah bisa ditebak bahwa film Perancis ini berisi tentang kisah sepasang kekasih homoseksual. Namun, seusai menyaksikan film ini sampai habis, saya sama sekali tidak menganggap Come Undone sebagai sebuah film gay atau film homoseksual.

Jujur saja, saya belum pernah menyaksikan kasus Multiple Personality Disorder (MPD) dengan mata kepala saya sendiri. Pun tidak pernah juga melihat kasus nyatanya – bukan fiksi atau film – dalam wujud siaran televisi. Apa-apa saja yang saya ketahui tentang gangguan psikologis ini cuma saya dapat dari buku (fiksi dan non-fiksi), artikel, dan film. salah satu judul yang menyoroti kasus ini dengan cukup dalam adalah The Three Faces of Eve – film yang melambungkan nama Joanne Woodward. Jadi, berdasarkan fakta-fakta tersebut, jujur saja saya tidak pernah tahu sejauh mana keotentikan film-film tentang MPD. Termasuk Frankie and Alice ini.

Sesuai dengan yang dikatakan judulnya, film romcom (romantic comedy) dari Inggris ini berkisah tentang empat pernikahan dan sebuah pemakaman. Sesuai dengan posternya, film kedua yang ditulis Richard Curtis (Notting Hill, Bridget Jones's Diary, dll). Yup, ini adalah film ringan, generik, dan cenderung formulaik. Berita baiknya, film ini menggunakan format romcom yang lebih klasik, yang artinya lebih menyenangkan untuk ditonton ketimbang romcom-romcom modern yang hanya memanfaatkan slapstick murahan.
